Inflorescence by Lichen Kelp

Inflorescence is a performance installation by Lichen Kelp which combines a non-traditional and localised form of free flowing and gestural flower arranging that results in a kind of punk ikebana.

Audiences watch Lichen at work, combining elements such as coloured water, dry ice and foraged weeds, edibles, and flowers to create mesmerising arrangements that subvert expectations.

This sensory experience is responsive to event needs, and can also include interactive moments, bio-synthesizer soundtracks, musical drinks, smoke machine, ice sculptures and extra lighting to create multi-sensorial nature disco scenographies.
